Notice of end of support for HUAWEI devicesNovember 20th, 2023

Thank you for using SoroTouch.
We have decided to end the SoroTouch app's support for HUAWEI devices at the end of December 2024.
App distribution to HUAWEI AppGallery will end in March 2023. Therefore, you will need to install the SoroTouch app from the download website on the SoroTouch My Page after the app distribution ends.

If you are currently using a HUAWEI device or are considering purchasing a new device, please consider purchasing an iPad or Android device.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to users, but we appreciate your continued support.

　Application download website for HUAWEI devices opens
　HUAWEI AppGallery distribution is limited to three countries and regions (Japan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong)
◆March 2024
　Application distribution from HUAWEI AppGallery ends
◆December 2024
　App download website closed. HUAWEI device service ends.

【App download website】
　Open period: December 2023 to the end of December 2024
　Log in to SoroTouch My Page using the HUAWEI browser, and click the "for HUAWEI" button on the right side to go to the app download website.
　*Can only be installed on Android compatible devices

【Support environment】
　Required environment: HarmonyOS1.0 to 3.0 (or EMUI10.0) or later, 64bit CPU, multi-touch compatible display, audio speaker, microphone, camera
　Recommended specifications: Main memory 4GB or more, display size 8-11inch, 10-point multi-touch
　*Even if the required environment is met, it may not be available on some devices.
　*Can only be installed on Android compatible devices
