By clearing all 720 missions in SoroTouch, any complicated calculations becomes a breeze.
An average person would take some time to solve problems like the example in the picture on the right, especially if asked to solve without writing anything down. By studying SoroTouch, questions like these become easier to solve, although all students start off with simpler questions like 2+2. As students clear their missions and gain confidence in their ability to mentally solve complicated calculations, they will eventually be able to calculate even more difficult problems. Students are expected to mentally calculate using decimals and fractions as well once they reach the advanced level, which is a required skill for the global mental calculation competitions. By this time, students will be able to answer complex problems, like what day of the week June 25, 1945 was or converting currency rates, in a matter of seconds. Through SoroTouch, we hope to help students start their journey to reach this point.
Mental calculation can be done just by listening or looking at the math problem!
Mental calculation can be applied on school tests, or even done during conversations!
SoroTouch teaches students addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in both visual and auditory methods.
By starting with the listening method, the mental calculation skills obtained can be utilized in many other settings, like solving questions written on paper, or questions given while talking verbally.
Expand the range of applying your practical ability!
Being praised after success raises confidence and helps students to improve!
The mental calculation method trained through using SoroTouch can be applied to math classes at school but is also convenient to use in many other settings later in life.
For example, in the app, there is the "Shopping Game." Not only the game is fun for the students, but it also teaches them how to quickly calculate the amount they are spending while shopping. This game demonstrates how mental calculation can be applied to shopping in real life.
At the center, students participate in relays using their mental calculation skills. The relay styled activity helps students to gain more confidence and gives them the opportunity to improve in actual performance by continuously practicing in front of other people.
